Biography

Ms. Frade holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Master’s degree in Knowledge Management and Learning, and an MBA in Project Management and Finance. In her 19-year career, she has worked in mining, railway, ports, fertilizer, copper, logistics, and the automotive industry.

Worked as Senior Executive in large multinationals and became an expert and reference in the market in process structuring, governance, project manager (PMO), Knowledge Management, Implementation of management system, quality performance and performance management, training, innovation, development of technological tools, and change management.
