Biography

Chelsea Core is a certified GIS professional with over 16 years of experience in Information Technology, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and Environmental Studies, along with more than 5 years in Project Management. She holds a Master’s degree in Geography from Louisiana State University and actively contributes to the GIS community through GPN Louisiana and the LARSGIS Conference Committee. Chelsea specializes in managing complex projects involving environmental solutions, regulatory compliance, GIS initiatives, and data management, delivering high-quality outputs and maintaining strong coordination with regulatory agencies and clients.
