Biography

Charles is an environmental and social consultant with diverse experience in the offshore field. He holds a B.S. in Oceanography and has worked for the Department of Oceanography at Texas A&M and Fugro Maritime. Charles is well versed in the back end of the offshore energy sector having done field-based water sampling for Environmental Impact Assessments as well as providing surface and subsea geospatial positioning offshore for deepwater construction projects. His strengths lie in his understanding of the marine ecosystem and ocean dynamics, and he is committed to promoting sustainability initiatives in the community.
