Stakeholder Workshop/Strategy for an Offshore Oil and Gas Exploration Project, Vietnam

Acorn International led a complex stakeholder engagement and regulatory approvals program for an offshore exploration program in Vietnam.

Acorn International and its Vietnamese partner were responsible for ensuring that regulatory and other key stakeholders are aware of and approve project design and plans, and that environmental submittals demonstrate proactive, best practice impact management.

Acorn International also led the design and implementation of community engagement, development and claims management plans.

We started this work by organizing and facilitating a stakeholder identification and analysis workshop, and continue to work closely with country team management to help provide assurance and direction of stakeholder engagement on the project.
