Acorn International helped a large food and agricultural producer tackle sociocultural workforce and community challenges by applying international standards for sociocultural risk assessment and management. This Fortune 500 corporation is a major employer of immigrant workers from around the globe and engaged us to work with its numerous U.S. plants to improve workforce recruiting, retention, community and government relations, and facility uptime.
