Acorn International Names JD Holt Director of Projects

June 1, 2024 – (Houston, TX; Boston, MA) – Acorn International (“AI”), a worldwide social and environmental risk management consultancy with offices in Houston and Boston, is pleased to announce that it has named JD Holt Director of Projects. This appointment comes in response to the firm’s accelerating growth.

Mr. Holt is a senior advisor and project director with years of diversified experience primarily in the construction and energy sectors. His services have included client management for governmental and commercial ventures, process analytical engineering projects, design-build LEED residential projects, and 20+ years of experience with health and safety, multimedia environmental projects, innovative technologies, and air quality specialization.

Over his career, JD managed field and corporate HSE and air quality teams for an S&P 100 energy company. He brings creative value and strategic insights into the practical application of economic, social, and environmental corporate commitments, leveraging his experience and education in organizational dynamics and his expertise across multiple disciplines and sectors.
